ALFRED is the home technology service of Jaxson Technology ("ALFRED," "we," "us," or "our"). This policy explains how we handle personal information collected through alfredli.com, our Instagram and Facebook inquiry forms, and related communications about our services.

Please do not include passwords, security codes, payment-card details, or other sensitive information in an inquiry form. If you engage us for services requiring access to devices or accounts, we will discuss that access separately. Submitting an inquiry does not give us access to your home network or devices.
